returns & exchange
We understand that online shopping can sometimes be difficult.
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept return of an unworn item within five business days of you receiving your purchase.
Items must be returned with tags attached, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging. Please ensure all items are free from marks, stains or rips as they may not be accepted for return.
Return items should be posted to the following address:
Threaded Earth, 10 Howard Avenue,
Dee Why, NSW 2099.
Threaded Earth is not liable for returned items lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to register the returned package with Australia Post and keep track of the registration number.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense.
We will email you to advise that your return item has been received and being processed.
We do apologise for any inconvenience a faulty item may cause.
We will, at our discretion, offer to replace any items deemed faulty or damaged.
Alternatively, we are happy to issue online credit for the value of items which we accept as returns.
This will be added to your account for you to order another size or item.
You may, if you prefer, exchange the faulty item for an alternative product. If there is a price difference on the exchange we will notify you.

if you would prefer a replacement, or an exchange.
Note: All SALE items can only be exchanged. No refund.
Please allow 2-3 business days for returns to be processed once they have arrived at our premises.
