Returns & Exchange

I understand that online shopping can sometimes be difficult.
I want you to be happy with your purchase.
  
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, I will accept the return of an unworn item within 10 business days of you receiving your purchase.
 
Items must be returned with tags attached, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging. Please ensure all items are free from marks, stains or rips as they may not be accepted for return.
 
Return items should be posted to the following address:

10 Howard Avenue,
Dee Why, NSW 2099.
 
Threaded Earth is not liable for returned items lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to register the returned package with Australia Post and keep track of the registration number.
 
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense.
 
I will email you to advise that your returned item has been received and is being processed.
 

Faulty Goods

I do apologise for any inconvenience a faulty item may cause.

It will be at my discretion to offer or replace any items deemed faulty or damaged.
Alternatively, we are happy to issue online credit for the value of items that we accept as returns.

This will be added to your account for you to order another size or item.
You may, if you prefer, exchange the faulty item for an alternative product. If there is a price difference on the exchange we will notify you.

Note: All SALE items can only be exchanged. No refund. 
 
Please allow 2-3 business days for returns to be processed once they have arrived.

When returning an item please let me know in advance using the contact form below and also advise if you would prefer a replacement or an exchange.
